Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible

We provide:

• bread, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, fruit and milk for all stays and will add a very drinkable bottle of wine for stays of one week or more
• fresh flowers
• all bedding and linen, bath towels, hand towels and t-towels (please do remember to bring your own beach or swimming towels)
• all heating and electricity
• an information pack with useful phone numbers, instructions for the appliances and for the central heating
• brochures on local attractions
• a hairdryer in each bedroom
• first aid box
• miniature aromatherapy soaps and shampoo, bath foam and shower gel 
• a few rolls of toilet paper, bin bags, bbq coal, washing up liquid, cling film, tin foil, cleaning products and dishwasher powder, washing powder, fabric conditioner etc (we ask that you replenish these).
• a telephone for your use on an honesty basis
• free wi fi broadband internet access

It is important to note that very few mobile phone companies provide reception in this area so please do not rely on your mobile working within a mile of the barn

We are happy to:

• stock the fridge prior to your arrival at cost prices
• supply flowers or gifts by arrangement
• provide a small amount of administrative support (booking restaurants, organising taxis etc) at an additional fee
• collect you from and take you to Wadhurst station at reasonable hours, and provided we are available, at a charge of £5 each way
• prepare a home made evening meal - strictly by mutual arrangement and at a reasonable additional cost - so that something is ‘in the oven’ on arrival or on return from a day’s outing.

We would be grateful for a minimum of 48 hours notice of your requirements.

Wine, beer, champagne or any urgently needed supplies can be purchased at cost price from Buttons House in daylight hours if available.
